Enter on the day : Payment will be cash only please as there is no card machine.
3. Unfortunately the event is not suitable for wheelchair athletes due to the multi-terrain course but all other athletes are welcome to take part at their own risk. We advise that individuals carry out their own risk assessment of the course prior to the event if required.
4. By entering, you are confirming that you are medically fit to take part. At registration on the day, you will be given a race number that you are required to fill in any medical conditions and emergency contact details on the reverse. There will be medical cover provided iaw Scottish Athletics guidelines.
5. There are toilets in the Richmond Memorial Hall which can be utilised for changing. There are no facilities for leaving kit bags and valuables, therefore anything left in the hall is done so at the owners risk.
